Book your Buyer Consultation meeting and get set up on our Portal System. Then, watch the video below to learn how to navigate “The Portal” and make the most of its features. This tool will help you stay organized and in control of your home search.
Your personalized Portal is set up through our system and keeps you connected to the latest listings and updates. Here’s how to access it:
Welcome Email: You’ll receive an email when your unique Portal account is created.
New/Updated Listings: Each time a new or updated listing matches your search criteria, you'll receive an email with a link to your Portal.
Save the Link: Save the Portal link from any email you receive, or access the Portal each time a new match is sent.
Your Access Point: This link is your direct access to your personalized account with saved searches, the latest listings, and updates.
The Portal connects you directly to MLS data, providing exclusive information that you won’t find on public websites. Here’s what you can do:
View Saved Searches: Access the searches I’ve set up specifically for you to see the best matches.
Create Your Own Searches: Customize searches and save them for ongoing access.
Receive Real-Time Alerts: Get notified of new listings, price changes, and updates.
Detailed Property Info: Explore data like property details, possession dates, land size, and much more.
Tip: If your current search criteria aren’t meeting your needs, email me so we can adjust your search settings on our end. Alternatively, you can create your own search on the portal as well.
Interact with listings directly:
Save Favorites: Track properties you’re interested in.
Leave Comments: Add personal notes on listings for easy reference.
Discard: Remove properties you aren’t interested in.
Interactive Maps: Visually explore listings with map and street view options.
Share Listings: Share your favorite listings with friends or family for feedback.
View Virtual Tours & Videos: Only if the listing agent did a virtual tour and/or listing video, there will be a link to view the virtual tour or marketing video associated with that listing.
Contact Your Realtor First: Always reach out to your dedicated Realtor (me) when you want to see a property, have questions, or are ready to make an offer. Avoid contacting multiple agents or the listing agent directly. This ensures your interests are represented and avoids any conflicts.
Stay Consistent: Work closely with your Realtor throughout the process. We are here to provide guidance, answer questions, and navigate negotiations on your behalf.
Communicate Changes: If your needs or preferences change, let me know so we can update your search criteria and ensure you’re seeing the right properties.
